Padgett & Freeman is committed to sustainable design and responsible building practices.

It is our goal to incorporate green practices in all of our projects by carefully weighing design choices and alerting the owner to greener options when available.

In sustainable design projects, all facets of the property and its buildings must be assessed, and the owner's objectives must be prioritized.

Healthy building environments have many positive results for their owners and users, ranging from reduced illness and energy consumption to improved productivity.

We have designed numerous green projects, including two presently anticipating LEED™ silver certification, and eight previous projects with geo-thermal systems.
